Yes, you can weave glass.  This class will teach you how to make glass mold strips to create woven glass in a variety of designs from simple linen pattern weave to intricate multi-level tartans.  You will work with stainless steel molds specifically designed for creating strips to weave glass.   Instructions will include what is needed to slump different makes of glass in the small spans used to create the slumped components and the kiln firing schedules needed to create the component weaving strips then to fuse the strips together to whatever texture you prefer. You will make a small woven panel to take home to slump or drape.  Detailed instructional handouts will be provided.

Bring your own glass cutting and breaking tools if you have them.
