Suitable for all skill levels
In this introductory class you will learn how to use a torch to soften glass and shape it in the flame. A “Hot Head” torch is used for class work but larger torches will be demonstrated. You will make a number of glass beads to take home with you, including single round beads, swirl beads and dotted beads. Several techniques will be discussed and demonstrated and practiced by the students. Every student will leave with all the information needed to continue bead making. All equipment and glass is included. Class instruction includes:
