Dane was only 10 when he made his first suncatcher. He worked part time in the family business while going to school and since graduation has for the past 5 years been a full-time glass artisan. He's come a long way since his first suncatcher and now produces some of the most expensive and elaborate work DeBrady's sells. Dane's patience and attention to detail has made him a perfect choice for the most complex and intricately detailed work. He loves doing difficult work, and he's great at teaching others how.

In 1982 DeBrady Glass Studios was formed to sell Dennis' work and has expanded steadily to now sell into 20 different countries. In 2002 he creaated Victorian Art Glass as a wholesale supplier specializing in supplying working artisans. This venture expanded into the production of Victorian Glass Art Festival 2004 providing a series of classes and workshops - again specializing in helping working artisans. Dennis is also the author of a number of glass design and how to books. With extensive experience starting a variety of businesses from scratch plus 30 years experience teaching Entrepreneurship, Dennis has helped hundreds of others launch successful enterprises.

Under the mentorship of his father, Jason has been working with stained glass since his early teens. He has steadily polished and expanded his skills while developing many innovative techniques of his own establishing a solid reputation for doing intricately detailed 3D sculptures. Example of his work can be viewed on DeBrady's website, including the 6 pieces that won Warner-Crivellaro's first Battlefield Glass contest. Jason has proven he's not only a skilled artisan, he's also an accomplished instructor.

Mike Hope

As DeBrady's shop manager, Mike directs and coaches a team of artisans. He personally produces most of the studio limited edition models and prototypes for developing new products. For special order commissions and the most difficult repairs and restorations, Mike is the shop "go-to-guy". He also has extensive experience teaching a variety of stained glass classes at the DeBrady Studio.
